Hmmm, about us..  Well, we LOVE TO COOK!  

 

You know the bus. It's been all over Nome for decades now.  We got our hands on it and transformed the inside into a stainless steel cajun cooking machine but decided to leave the wacky unique outside.

 

All our food is prepared fresh, we don't use anything pre made because that's how we like it.  Most of our food comes family and friend's recipes down in New Orleans Louisiana.  

 

Our sandwiches may be considered ridiculous (especially the titles) but we wanted to give Nome something super different and delicious.  Check out our menu and you'll understand.
